The story

A little creativity, a little colour, and something made by hand.

Odle was born from a desire to create something of my own.

As a French seamstress living in the Queenstown area, I’ve spent the past year repairing and adjusting clothes, helping people feel comfortable and confident in the pieces they already love. I’ve always enjoyed the creativity of working with fabric, but I wanted to take that creativity a step further and bring my own ideas to life.

It started with beanies, handmade during the winter, and eventually led me to headbands. I began experimenting with fabrics, colours, and patterns, creating pieces that felt a little different from the ordinary. What started as a personal creative project slowly became something more when the Arrowtown Post Office gave me the opportunity to share my creations with others. That was the beginning of Odle.

A woman stands behind an outdoor market stall displaying handmade leather goods, including a wooden board with several dark brown leather accessories and a red fabric piece, under a bright blue sky with market tents in the background.

Inspired by the world around us

Inspired by nature, changing seasons, travel, and French fashion, each Odle piece brings together creativity, colour, and timeless style.

Made by hand, made to be different

Every headband is handmade by me with care and attention to detail, embracing quality over quantity and celebrating individuality through unique fabrics and patterns.

Wear what makes you feel like yourself

Odle is for those who dare to express themselves, embrace colour, and find joy in the little details — because style should make you feel confident, beautiful, and unapologetically yourself.
